Chord Crimson Subwoofer Cable 3m RCA

The Chord Crimson phono is a new interconnect cable that has been designed to replace the Chord Calypso and the Chord Chrysalis cables. The Chord Crimson when configured for use with phono plugs is a true balanced design and like the Chord Cobra 3 and the Chord Indigo uses a full floating shield.

The Chord Crimson design reduces interference and mechanical noise, has a wider bandwidth and this makes the cable ideal for use as a cost effective interconnect for both SACD and DVD audio.

The Chord Crimson is constructed around two sets of multi stranded oxygen free conductors in a twisted pair configuration. The conductors are insulated with low density polyethylene and each conductor is surrounded by a lapped oxygen free copper shield. Both shields and conductors use the same gauge of copper conductor.
